Champion Training is designed for those that are actively competing or have the desire to compete. The comp sessions will focus on individuality of each athlete and their development of fundamentals through advanced technique and competition.
Train w/Coach - See Pricing
Sessions are limited to availability.
Book a session with 1-5 Members at a time and focus on the details, includes mitt drills.
The Contender - See Pricing
You can train like a Champion even if you don't want to compete. You will have access to open gym, beginner classes to learn proper technique, partner drills, mitt sessions and an ultimate work out.
